A tender poem about pain, healing, and the quiet strength within.

Beneath the veil of quiet skies,
A lonely truth in silence lies.
The world moves on with fleeting grace,
Yet leaves behind an empty space.
A heart once full now beats so slow,
It hides the pain it cannot show.
The laughter fades, the colors blur,
Old memories ache, yet softly stir.
The sun still shines, but feels so cold,
As time slips through like threads of gold.
The mirror speaks with tired eyes,
Reflecting dreams the soul denies.
Yet even in the darkest hue,
A spark of hope still lingers too.
A gentle touch, a single smile,
Can heal a wound that’s lived a while.
So let the night embrace the pain,
For dawn will always come again.
And from the ashes of despair,
A stronger heart will rise somewhere.
