Shades of Lavender

From a pale pinkish tone of blush,

To a rich royal purple deeply lush,

Lavender wafts aromas sweetly floral,

Swaying together in a whispering choral.

Purple haze mingles with crisp morning dew,

Purging foul stagnant air cleansing me anew,

Purify my staleness in the beckoning mist,

Sweeping me into an inspiring tryst.

This sublime herb is delicately dipped,

Into soothing teas to be subtly sipped,

I saturate with permeating lavender oils,

Subdued with sprays to lull through toils.

I plunge into scented seductive sedation,

Resting in a sliver of reviving salvation,

Relieving prickly tension’s rigid ruling,

Unwinding through oozing perfumed cooling.

As I harness energy of indigo blues,

I merge with Ajna and Sahasrara hues,

Surrounded by a vibrant violet shield,

Sinking into peace as I calmly yield.
