A sentence of truth:

1. Cherish life and live well.

1. Don’t let foreign objects enslave your mind.

2. Don’t let money replace family affection.

Three sentences of conscience:

1. Honor your parents well, because they are your Buddhas.

2. Cultivate your children well, because they are your hope.

3. Get along well with people, because you can eat fireworks.

Four sentences from my heart:

1. Living in the moment is Zen, no matter how hard or tired you have to smile.

2. Life is unsatisfactory, and things are often eight or nine. Don’t look at the eight or nine, and often think about one or two.

3. Take a bath for the soul often, and remove all the miscellaneous dust.

4. Learn to live a simple life. Simplicity is a kind of ordinary, but not mediocre.

1. Don’t worry about small things.

2. Don’t worry about money.

3. Don’t be shrouded by greed.

4. Don’t worry about emotions.

5. Don’t compare yourself with others.

Six famous sayings:

1. Believe in yourself and meet all kinds of tests in life and work with a smile.

2. Motivate yourself, use actions and hard work to prove that you are no worse than others.

3. Encourage yourself and keep yourself motivated at all times.

4. Hone yourself and keep your mind at peace.

5. Improve yourself and make yourself as perfect as possible.

6. Forget yourself and make yourself enter the Tao and become a Buddha as soon as possible.

Seven old sayings:

1. Don’t climb, don’t compare, and don’t be angry with yourself.

2. Do more work, and talk less, everyone has a steelyard in their hearts.

3. Eat less salt, be more jealous, play less mahjong, and take more walks.

4. Go to bed on time, get up on time, run, and swim to keep fit.

5. Husband and wife love, children’s filial piety, and family harmony are more important than anything else.

6. Do some kindness, and accumulate some virtue.

7. It is also a blessing to suffer a little, suffer a little, and be stupid, sometimes is a blessing.
