Sensory Symphony

Poem of the Night

By Harry Udeme Joseph Published 3 years ago 1 min read
Sensory symphony

In the still of the night,

I hear the rustling leaves,

Whispering secrets in delight,

As the gentle breeze weaves.

The scent of blooming flowers,

Fills the air with sweet perfume,

A fragrant symphony of powers,

That dissipates all gloom.

I feel the softness of the grass,

As I walk barefoot on the ground,

The coolness of the earth surpass,

All the comforts that surround.

The taste of a ripe juicy fruit,

As it bursts with flavors galore,

A delightful treat to compute,

That leaves me craving for more.

My eyes behold the beauty,

Of the world that surrounds me,

The colors, the shapes, the duty,

Of every living entity.

This sensory symphony,

Plays a melody so grand,

A harmonious cacophony,

That I can't help but stand.

And as I soak in the magic,

Of this sensory delight,

I feel so alive, so ecstatic,

In this world that's full of light.
