Sensing a Change
A Poem of Self Discovery

Amidst the crimson hues of the forest reformation,
I tread upon the fallen leaves, unrealized aspirations.
The scent of decay rides the air, a hint of transformation.
A sensory feast for my soul to build up new foundations.
.
Breaking free from the chains of expectation,
I cast off self-doubt and conformity's affliction.
Indulging in the sweetness of liberation,
Embracing freedom from anxiety's addiction.
.
Roughly weathered trees whisper secrets of creation,
How thoughts and dreams can manifest, with just imagination.
Raw power brought to bear with unbridled determination,
A reality, full of riches, love, and adoration.
.
Spontaneously, I twirl with the wind, liberated and free,
Its gentle touch on my skin, a kiss from the divine,
Leading me to unexplored realms of creativity,
A harmonious chorus, a vibrant tapestry of every color and line.
.
Each gust stirs inspiration deep within me,
The wind's power, a call to unleash my own force,
A summons to innovate and explore endlessly,
To create my dreams, my own enchanted source
.
As I step back down onto solid ground,
The warmth of my muse still spins around,
In the depths of my being, a light is found,
And my creativity knows no bounds.
.
Now the sun dips low, casting golden rays,
As autumn's glory comes ablaze,
I pause to soak in this moment's power,
And bask in nature's most vibrant hour.
