Seldom, I think of you

Like sunken snowflakes still in spring

Cobwebs in my memory, trapping little things

Seldom, I think of you

They tell me you were bright as a rainbow

But in my mind a fuzzy grey, I don’t dare to say like an arrow

Seldom, I think of you

If I could I would whisper I’m sorry

But I’m climbing up my hills, through the vines growing gnarly

Seldom, think of you

If I’m honest it’s more like rare

I can almost hear the shouts of despair but my mind draws clear...
