Seasons of Miracles

When Love Transcends Time and Space

A promise of Spring’s arrival,

I felt a stirring in my soul.

An inkling of something magical,

yet unseen, yet to unfold.

Was it the hope of new beginnings?

A dream that danced at the edge of sight?

Maybe the twinkle in the starry night

hinted at the wonders of my heart.

Then I saw you, my world turned around,

and all the stars paled at your stunning sight.

Our eyes locked in a gaze, our souls intertwined,

a divine love, a miracle unveiling in kind.

Oh, when I saw you that very first time,

that very moment …. our heartbeats chimed.

I knew I felt something amazing,

something so truly fantastical.

Sometimes we sense more than we can see,

the Genesis of Spring, whether or not it’s a deity.

We sense it’s more than just a dream,

infinitely more than it seems.

Soon, the Summer heat blazed, igniting our desire;

as our hands sought each other, our hearts set afire.

Sand between our toes, and the ocean’s sweet lull,

all add to the magic of love’s alluring pull.

And in the sweetness of our romance,

a vision I had now turned to dance.

A love eternal, in heart and mind,

a harmony that time can’t unwind.

What is this feeling, so pure and rare,

that makes my heart and soul flare?

Is it the promise of something so true

and how I feel about you?

Sometimes we feel more than we can see,

the Climax of Summer, whether or not it’s a deity.

From this love, we feel a depth untold,

beyond what our eyes and hearts could hold.

Through the vibrant hues of Autumn’s grace,

I thought I glimpsed a wonder.

Was it the golden fields aglow

or the raindrops dancing down below?

Perhaps it was how we intertwined,

our wet clothes mingling, hearts aligned.

Or the mystic aura of the season’s shift

that filled our souls with a sacred lift?

In the air’s electric charge so rare,

a revelation struck me unaware.

Within your arms, my fate laid bare;

this isn’t mere love, but destiny we share.

And amidst the twine of our fated lot,

a sudden twist did rend our destined plot.

A little marvel then took its seat,

a new life sprouting, our love replete.

Sometimes we discover love’s spark through reflection

in Autumn’s Messis, a season of introspection.

A time of transformation and delight

where love is revealed in leaves taking wings.

Winter’s grasp in shades of blue and white,

A tranquil world, hushed in delight,

Within this stillness, a newborn’s light,

a miracle of life, oh, what a sight!

Beside my love, we witness this splendor,

a precious gift, our hearts surrender,

Love overflowing, an endless river,

joyous memories we’ll forever remember.

In snow-kissed silence, a moment to hold,

A story of winter’s beauty to be told,

Our little one, so brave and bold,

A new chapter, a tale to unfold.

Sometimes the heart perceives what the eye cannot see,

a truth beyond the surface, a loving possibility to be.

A spiritual journey, a chance to start anew,

in Winter’s Hibernation, a rebirth for me and you.

One says miracle, the other divinity,

who knows what it is, may say it.

We reach for words to describe its beauty and tragedy

yet fall short of capturing the magic.

Love is the magic we find in everyday life,

in the moments that seem mundane and unwary.

It’s the comfort of a familiar touch,

the joy in a shared laugh, the feeling of such.

Love’s beauty shines through in the seasons of life;

from the blossoming of spring to the chill of winter’s strife.

It endures through every change and transition;

a constant presence that fills us with a sense of mission.

Love is a force that cannot be replaced,

transcending both time and space.

It connects us to those who have gone before,

and to those who come after forevermore.

This is truly lovely, your seasons of love. Almost Shakespearean in scope but with a beautiful and timeless heartful simplicity. Wonderful - Anneliese
