Scheherzacade - Điverse 1- Addiction
My Dante's Inferno poem set in video game and comic culture. Like 4 more.
Living in a final fight like Cody
Without a single ounce of codeine
In my system and my system lacks coding
The way I'm wired has been mismatched
But you can't fix that it all remains within my cache
To correct a mistake that's way too grave
When you can't reboot, stand by, or save
Makes you a slave, in a mascarade
Or like a game meant to be played by a joystick
Hoisted, high above your enjoyment
As voices forfeit boisterous noises
That rarely results in some rejoicing
Due to a cast of outcasts that really don't speak
because this caste is incomplete
No contest, no one competes
but as I move so does the ground beneath
attempting to catch up with time even
if I was Reed it was still beyond my reach...
