SAW THE LIGHT

When I fell I took a hit

Fighting through the knit & grit

Had a bag of first aid kit

Didn’t help not just a bit

Deep Inside I found a way

Saw the light & changed the day

Day & night I sit & pray

& recite the words okay

When the moment slowly came

It was tense like final frame

Had to tell myself no cap….

Had no reason who to blame
