Saving My Soul

Gimme the beat...

When my biggest fears turned reality, there you were. Relating to me and comforting me

Drowning out the sound of my cries for as long as I let it be

Alone in the dark, my F150 quietly parked after another day of stress

The only thing to stay, keeping me sane when I travel through life's mess

You saved my life more than known to most

Day and night, three long you stayed, we rode depression set on coast

Bringing life back into me many times as that Reaper tugged at my feet

Too many times I begged for mercy and I seen where the crossroads meet

How thankful and humbled I am that somehow you knew a song with a bass drop is what would make my heart beat

About the Creator

Honey Dunn

Enjoy the chaos of my mind spatter. A realm of darkness twinkling with shine. A broken soul so full of love in this cruel world.
