love the way you twirl through space
love the gentle ebb and flow

I see you in your midnight dance
know that if we ever had the chance
to live out our romance
we’d move in perfect harmony
light of my heart, light of my eyes
queen of the night, queen of the skies
how can we be so far apart
while sharing the same galaxy?
we move through night, we move through day
closer, then closer, then further away
you are to me the perfect dream
so beautiful but out of reach
I burn with longing, burn with hope,
burn with just a simple wish
