In the darkest depths of my soul, A sadness lingers, taking its toll. Tears flow like a ceaseless stream, A haunting sadness, a shattered dream.
The world around me seems so gray, A melancholy haze that won't sway. The laughter fades, the smiles wane, In this desolate realm, I remain.
Each day I carry this heavy weight, A burden of sorrow that won't abate. The sun sets, casting shadows long, In the symphony of sadness, I belong.
Gone are the days of pure delight, Replaced by endless, sleepless nights. The echoes of laughter, now distant cries, A melody of sadness, a lullaby.
I search for solace, a glimmer of light, But darkness engulfs, obscuring my sight. In this abyss, I'm lost and confined, A prisoner of sadness, a captive mind.
Yet, in these depths, I find a voice, A pen, a canvas, my soul's choice. I let my words bleed, a cathartic release, Turning sorrow into art, finding inner peace.
So let the tears flow, the pain subside, For in sadness, poetry resides. Through verse and rhyme, I'll endure, Finding beauty in melancholy, that's for sure.
And maybe, just maybe, one day I'll find, A spark of hope, a heart less confined. But until then, I'll embrace the tears, For sadness, too, has its own frontier.
