A melody sighs,
As “Smooth Operator” glides.
Sade's voice,
A velvet stream,
Spellbinding tale of love unseen.

Saxophone cries,
Signing a lover's plea,
Strings caress,
Sade's lyrics,
Poetic art,
A tale of desire straight from the heart.
♫
In a smoky room,
Where secrets unfold,
A mysterious figure,
Comes in from the cold,
A silhouette,
Moves through the night,
No regrets.
