A broken heart is a sad love poem

In the depths of love's sweet embrace,

A tale of sorrow, a broken space,

Where once two souls found their home,

Now stands a heart, left all alone.

Through laughter, tears, and tender grace,

They danced together, in love's embrace,

But storms arrived, and skies turned gray,

The love they shared began to sway.

A rift emerged, a growing divide,

Words left unsaid, wounds open wide,

Their hearts collided, love's fierce clash,

And dreams they built turned into ash.

With heavy hearts and tear-stained eyes,

They said goodbye, amidst love's cries,

A sad love poem now unfolds,

A story of love, once bright and bold.

Yet, even in the depths of pain,

Memories linger, like gentle rain,

And though love's flame may dim and wane,

The broken heart still beats again.

For time will heal, wounds will mend,

And broken hearts will surely mend,

And from the ashes, new love can rise,

To paint new verses in love's guise.

So let this sad love poem impart,

The beauty and pain of love's sweet art,

In the vast tapestry of human emotion,

A broken heart's but one love's notion.
