She waits till you're sleeping
safe and warm in your bed
then quietly sneaks inside
Cuz she needs to be fed
Her little blue eyes
can pierce through the dark
Her pearly white teeth
leave barely a mark
She pops out her fangs
Prepped and ready to feed
Then sinks them in deep
taking just what she needs
You won't feel a thing
So there's no need to scream
Her venom keeps you asleep
And you'll be lost in her dream
You wake up still tired
warm and cozy in bed
you might have a headache
maybe you hit your head?
But if ever you wake up
feeling a bit of a fright
And you see little red bumps
That's just Ruby's bite
