All the colors of life you give.
Red in apples, sunrise and lipstick, true.
Orange for citrus and pencils too.
Yellow for sunlight that sweetens the soul.
Green for the grass tickling between my toes.
Blue for the sky that says ``Hey you, Look Up!”
Indigo pools ripple and echo, “You are enough.”
Violet for grapes, and evening fireflies that dance
at the end of the day.
ROY G BIV tucks me in to say…
It's time for rest.
It’s time for dreams

Flows in an endless stream.
This day is over,
Your work is now done.
As for tomorrow,

A Conversation with Change
You’re here, I didn’t expect you now. Change. What do you expect? Change. What are you asking me to do – who are you asking me to become? Change. I’ve never heard this before. (You’ve heard it now!) Change your mind. This is different; I’m learning something new. Change your mind. I don’t know everything I should. This is good. This is hard, changing your mind. I wish I didn’t have so much to learn. Change you. I’m willing to try. Change you. In time, we will figure out how to solve this. Change you. It isn’t perfect, but we have a start. Change you. Rachel Reviews: Lunch Tales: Teagan by Lucille Guarino
Well, I did enjoy this! Sometimes, all you need is just great storytelling and this is what Lucille Guarino delivers here. There's no big message to this book; it's just about folks and families, living their lives and coping with everything that's being thrown at them and finding their way. But when it's done well, like it is here, then you have characters to whom you can relate, tension which leaves you rooting for a better outcome, attraction which has your heart racing and an urge, as a reader, to see the characters happy with the people with whom they belong.
