Rising from the Ashes

A Journey of Resilience and Renewal in the Face of Adversity

By Wazi UddinPublished about a year ago 1 min read

From the quiet depths of night,

Where shadows stretch and bind,

A spark ignites, a flicker bright,

In the corners of my mind.

The world may crumble all around,

And dreams may turn to dust,

But from the ashes on the ground,

I rise because I must.

The flames that once consumed my hope,

Now fuel my fierce desire,

To climb the hills, to scale the slope,

To walk through life’s harsh fire.

For every fall and every scar,

Has taught me how to grow,

That strength is found not from afar,

But in the heart’s warm glow.

So here I stand, my spirit strong,

My eyes fixed on the sky,

With every step, I’ll right the wrong,

And spread my wings to fly.

For in the ashes lies the seed,

Of who I’m yet to be,

A future bright, a life freed,

From doubt, I now break free.

No longer bound by fear or past,

I walk a path anew,

Rising from the ashes, vast,

I find the strength to pursue.

The journey’s long, the road is steep,

But I’ll embrace the fight,

For in the end, the climb is sweet,

As I ascend to light.
