From the depths of darkness,

where the fire once burned bright,

there is a quiet stirring,

a spark that refuses to die.

The ashes speak of loss,

of moments when all seemed gone,

but within them,

there is a seed of strength,

waiting to take root.

The flames that once consumed you

have left their mark,

but they have not claimed your spirit.

You rise not from the absence of pain,

but from the lessons learned in the heat,

the resilience forged in the fire.

Like a phoenix,

you spread your wings,

not whole at once,

but piece by piece,

gathering the remnants of who you were

and shaping them into who you are becoming.

Each step you take from the ashes

is a declaration:

you are still here,

still moving forward,

still finding your light

after the darkness has passed.

And though the path may be uncertain,

there is power in your rise,

for you have learned to grow

from what was burned,

and you will always find a way

to rise again.
