Rising from Shadows
Finding Strength and Light in Times of Darkness
By Natalie BrandPublished about a year ago • 1 min read

In the quiet hours of darkest night,
When hope feels lost, out of sight,
A flicker stirs within the soul,
A whisper soft, yet strong and whole.
The weight you carry, heavy and deep,
Feels like a mountain, too tall to keep.
But know this truth, and hold it near,
The dawn will come, and skies will clear.
For every storm must find its end,
And broken hearts will learn to mend.
From shadows deep, you’ll rise again,
Stronger than you’ve ever been.
The light inside you never dies,
It waits behind your tired eyes.
So trust yourself, through fear and strife—
You hold the strength to shape your life.
Though now you walk a lonesome way,
The sun will rise, a brand new day.
And from the darkness, you’ll emerge,
With wings of hope, on a brighter verge.
