Like ripples in a pond

That’s what the book says

One Soul takes a step

Others follow

Consciousness is God’s gift to Soul

And Consciousness ensouls all

Spirit is the totality of All Awareness

So one steps

Others follow

Maybe only in dreams

Maybe only in some other realm

But some follow

And if we can see that

If we are given the gift of seeing that

We understand a bit of

How it works

One guy said

‘No man is an island

Entire unto itself’

So I guess there must be bridges

And causeways

Because you can be an island

But not entirely, not entirely

Unto yourself

And though it’s ‘the best of times’

And ‘the worst of times’

Or maybe because of that

There are ripples

In the pond

Of the universal body

Of God

And we are the best

We’ve ever been
