mingling, tingling
creation's sensations
ringing and signaling
unique common occasions
singing and leaning
out over the edge of the ledge
when
perception scratches an itch
it soon signals the flesh
with expressions
impressions
keeping track of our steps
exhilarating
emotions building up in our heads
then surfing the body
on waves of pure excitement
until it embodies
bright, bold and vibrant
consumed in a moment
a simple touch, starts a motion
a spewing fire hydrant
or a drop in the ocean
the ripple effect
building a tidal wave
precise and direct
until the whole self is claimed
joining the celebration
set off by a flutter
no better explanation
it's life lived in color
