10:15 PM

I arrive home and stumble to

My most favorite place

A place of comfort.

10:17

I nestle into

Pajamas that make my skin smile.

Closer to my cave.

10:20 PM

Autistic brain

was on over load.

Technology and sounds still echo.

10:22

Ears ring

Head screams.

Deep Breath with each light silenced.

10:24

exhaustedly I sit

in silence

In a darkened room to unwind.

10:28

the ringing stops

I smile when I begin to hear the frogs

singing near the river.

10:32

A smirk

I make the final move

to the cave for the final reward of the day.

10:34

CPAP full, Check

six pillows properly placed.

my weighted blanket straightened just right over the pillows.

10:37

Preparation

for final decent into the cave.

Head gear on and assisted breathing begins.

10:42

One Leg

two legs, big butt and more

lowers its self to the cave floor like a tired momma bear.

10:45

Pull at blankets and tuck myself

into the safety and security

of my bed cave blankets.

10:48

In my cave

I close out the buzzing world

let the frog's sing in my decompression sleep.
