How to rest your being

Needing a reprieve is a must. Let’s take it now.

Getting good rest requires more than eye closure and laying down.

First off you have to learn to shed the spirit of work off.

Let your mind tune out the external world and let your body follow.

Calm is key in your leisure recipe for tomorrow.

When the phone rings only answer for emergencies.

All the same don’t let intrusive thoughts plague you with urgency.

Take a dive on your bed go ahead and lay down.

Enjoy the smoothness of your comforter and stay down.

Don’t tarry for the remainder of the world when life is a mess.

Stay at home go to a rem deep sleep and get you some rest.
