Resilience

And Hope

By Ruth Elizabeth StiffPublished 3 months ago 1 min read
Stop Worrying

“Worrying doesn’t take away tomorrow's troubles,

it takes away today’s peace.”

Worrying

rarely provides any solutions.

It uses up energy and mind

and very often leaves us with a headache.

We need to use our thinking and energy

for positive things.

If we can’t think of a way out of a problem,

we ‘can’ at least think:

“I will get through this!”

The more peace we keep within ourselves,

the more likely

we will get through the problem

in a positive way.

Plus,

why are we ‘worrying’ about something

that may never happen.

By living in the moment,

we are enjoying life now

and not missing anything.

Never let worry or fear

‘dictate’

how you should think.

Instead,

cultivate a mindset

of resilience and hope.

LIVE AND LOVE LIFE!
