A memory of life

Dear, don’t cry

It’s all in natures will

If the rose wouldn’t wither

Would she still be beautiful?

Dear, don’t cry

She’s in a better place

Where no pain resides

Isn’t it rather beautiful?

Tale once told in a different time

Past light shimmers with delight

Hers is one with a longer tale

Life in subtle human light

All she lived rests now calm in her

Memories she told you dear

Remember all that you could hear

Of stories making a lifetime live

Dancing once in an earthly night

Voice raised in song, time’s her guide

Not for nothing, all for light

That brings our world from dead to life

Deep in our nature we know death

Know hell will come at some near time

Though we hate to end our tale

We can’t go just forever on

She used her time for love and joy

What is worth such treasure dear?

Sands of time took her to him

Heavens light came took her in

She rests now

Up high, below

So you too come close your eyes

You still have so much left of life

Just a lonely person who writes out feelings, thoughts and dreams to get them out. Could talking ever suffice for a poetic mind?

Maybe others find themselves in similar thoughts. To you I reach out.
