If I had a remote for you; slow motion and rewind would be the most used buttons
I would constantly record the memories we have
Then fast forward to the future journeys we planned together
I'll simply pause all the moments we kiss and press slow motion again
I'll relentlessly consult the guide for the next exciting adventure
I would amplify the laughter, mute the sadness and display our love on a big screen for the world to see
I would frequently thank our producer for creating you and directing our lives towards each other
Most importantly, I'll never press the off button for that would mean that, even for a moment, you wouldn't exist in my life.
