Reminders

Self Love

By Scarlett PricePublished 7 years ago 1 min read

I have to give myself daily reminders that:

I am enough

I am worthy

I am loved

I am beautiful

My body is beautiful

Someone will love me for all my flaws and imperfections

It’s okay to disagree

It’s okay to have a conversation

It’s okay to work through the problem

It’s okay to say, “No”

It is my body I have the right to it. No one else

I’m allowed to be happy

I am allowed to be loved to the fullest extent

There isn’t anything wrong with me I’m just imperfect and that’s okay

It’s okay to have moments of frustrations

It’s okay to vent

It’s okay to get mad but to come to a cool resolve

It’s okay to feel

It’s okay to think

And say things freely without repercussion of how I feel in a situation

These reminders help me understand it’s okay to be human and to love myself.
