Get it into your brain:
Not being okay is also okay
You deserve the life you were given.
Moving on isn't the same as forgetting.
Forgive the mistakes you made, you are human.
Learn to enjoy the process, the destination is death.
You have the ability to change and evolve and grow.
You are far greater than anything that's thrown at you.
Do the best you can in every situation and stop doubting it.
you have the strength to climb the mountains placed before you
Look back at your past to build your future but never forget the present.
You choose the path in life you want to take but never the final destination.
Your value isn't depended on the clothes you were or the amount of money in your bank.
You can fulfill your dreams and hopes and aspirations no matter how many times they shatter.
People will always try to stop you, but it's just a chance to make the right choice of doing it anyway.
No matter what you do, what you look like what you think, what path in life you choose, you are always and forever loved by G-d.
