You wanted a river

Well I am just a lake

I want you here,

but I shall own all of my mistakes

You're responsible for the tear stains on my pillowcase

Knock me out

Shake me down

We haven't talked in a while

Can we remedy that now?

You wanted a lover

Not just another fake,

I miss you here,

but I will learn from my mistakes

You're responsible for the tear stains on my pillowcase

Knock me out

Shake me down

We haven't talked in a while

Can we remedy that now?
