Red oh so Red

Story about a girl and her hair

By Brittany CarterPublished 5 years ago 1 min read
The hair that stared it all

Red the color of blood, the color of passion, the color you think of when thinking of a beloved, a color that caused clashing, a clashing between my mom and a white lady, why you may ask, because the lady thought my mom used a mask, a mask to make me an imposter, my mom said it was god given luster ,something she thought was odd, only the fair she said had my red.

but she was misled, god gave us all red, some more but we all have red, have you bled ,that’s red, having that being said my hair being red is rare, even in the fair,I’m just extra rare.

I burn hot and strong, god did nothing wrong, he blessed me on my birth night, when walking in public I burn bright, and I fight, I fight for all the rarest of the rare, the world could be fair,we could all care, just don’t stare, have a conversation and pull up a chair.
