Red Flags
When someone tells you they’re not a good choice, believe them.
A kindness is when
An emotional vampire
Shows those blood red flags
The greatest kindness
Is when they show ‘em before
They have drunk to deep
But sometimes those vamps
Wait until you’re churned dizzy
By waves of sorrow
And waterlogged by
Confusion and bad guesses
Then unfurl their truth:
You are but food and pleasure
To their greedy mouths!

When will you realize
That all her flowers were lies
and break from her trance?
