Suicide Sisters after the pain is gone : part 1

Instead of feeling surrounded I’d much rather invest my time into becoming grounded. I can calm down not because someone told me to and because I want for myself not to allow myself to get so angry. Make no mistake we are all human and just like you everyone has something that triggers their anger too.

Take it as the passion of things that are important to you. The love in you. Your soul is hot. Try not to live in those reoccurring thoughts. There’s those that paralyze you and those that can take you through. Like your blood rushing through your veins through and through, whatever you’re feeling in your heart is what is the most true.

Don’t apologize for being you, never be too angry to improve. Looking at your life some things stand out to you that didn’t seem so smooth, but always remember it’s never enough not to show gratitude. So you you wake up every morning and from there you do what you have to do. It gets infuriating being judged when it’s you walking in your own shoes, your own truth and everyone has an opinion on how you should do. But guess what queen?

That’s human too, it’s your mental health that comes first. Even if you feel like you’re the first surrounding you to do so.
