
“Most of your stress
comes from the way you respond to life,
and not the way life really is.
Adjust your attitude
and leave that stress behind”
A lot of the stress in our Lives
comes from ourselves
and the ‘Thoughts’ that go through our Minds.
How we “Look at Life”
and the world around us
affects how we handle everyday Life.
When we choose to face this Life
with a Positive Attitude,
we can greatly reduce
or even eliminate
that ‘unwanted’ and ‘not needed’ stress.
This will show others and ourselves
that we are in “Control”
of our Lives,
because we are
"Controlling” our Minds.
All of this
will deal with and even get rid of
that stress.
‘Stand back’ and ‘look’ at your Life
and ask the question:
“Is it really that bad
or is it
that my Mind is running away with itself?”
Life is what we make it ourselves,
so if we want a stress-free Life,
keep the Mind in a Positive frame
and our own view on Life Optimistic.
This way,
we can Live Happier and Healthier Lives.
