Realities of socialism: Looking back and moving forward

Shared Hands

By Marcelinus ApakhadePublished about a year ago 1 min read

The lone furrow digs deep, a path of pride,

But a field shared prospers, side by side.

The single flame flickers, a fleeting spark,

But a united fire lights up the dark.

Can a single voice a symphony create?

Is a single grain enough to feed the state?

The weight we carry, lighter when we share,

But where's the line, where does the burden fare?

A guiding hand unseen, a silent force,

The government's touch, its guiding course.

How much control, how much remains to claim?

The dance we tread, the ever-shifting game.
