Reaching for the stars
A call for hope and liberation
Can no one reach those stars and make them shine again?
Can no one promise them victory and liberate them from their dying pain?
Can no one just spark the fire of hope which seems to be extinguished from every heart?
Can no one just hold their nation tight in this flood which is ripping them apart?
Can no one make their tears into showers of happiness which can bring them joy?
Can no one make this storm into clement weather so that they can enjoy?
Their life is filled with hardships, sorrow and pain,
So can no one reach those stars which are trapped in an eternal constellation and make them shine again ?
