My veins glitter, a new horror
The same color you blush your cheeks
The same hue you rinse your lips
My veins are a jungle
My veins copy your manic state
My veins stretch out to drain my chest blood, Adding it back into your lungs
My body is tattooed in mermaid scales
Each bruise, a sapphire, a ruby
Each bruise takes a while to find the perfect spot to land
Suffocating on your bloated air
The best part is the water only makes it smoother
I swim with stones
Encased in glue, tactics that leave me feeling less blue and more pitch purple, a caustic tone
That seems to suggest irony.
