Rainbow

As the skies begin to grow grey,

And the rain starts to pour,

What do you say?

Want to dance with me in the rain just once more?

The rain began to fade as we danced together.

Until eventually the beginnings of a rainbow appeared.

Feeling as light as a feather,

We danced together as the sky smeared,

Beautiful colours contrasting the dark grey skies.

We fell in love despite the weather

As the rain dries,

I think we look good together.
