Rainbow

Red means anger or does it mean love

Meeting a stranger sent from above

Orange is exciting, cheery and warm

Oh so inviting, protects me from harm

Yellow is careful, but also risky

Try to be mindful and see what I see

Green is jealous, yet lively and real

I mean no malice, it’s just how I feel

Blue’s all around me, sometimes in my head

One day they’ll find me and find that I’m not bad

Indigo’s wisdom, knowledge, devotion

It’s time we get some and put it in motion

Violet is last, certainly not least

I can lose my mask and be who I should be
