Rain Drops

In the quiet hush of rain-soaked dawn

The whisper of rain drops spreads its petrichor

As the drops fall on the green verdant

They emit light ever so luminescent

The beads of droplets dance like a cascade

Their sound, a magical serenade

Innocence playing merrily in the puddle

Feeling love, rain's cuddle

Poet's note:

I found this piece years old on one of my old notebooks thought I should post it.

Oh, this is absolutely beautiful! The way you’ve captured the rain’s magic and turned it into such a vivid and serene moment is enchanting. It’s like I could hear the raindrops and feel that cozy embrace—such timeless charm in your words! ❤✨ Plus, this "Poet's Note?" makes me feel like a stupid. I mean, it's ok if we right 'Author's Note' in the footer but poet's note feels more accurate and now, I feel absurd. 😅😄
