Pitter-patter on the ground,

Raindrops singing all around.

Tap-tap-tap on rooftops high,

Silver threads from cloudy sky.

Children laugh and run through streets,

Splashing puddles with bare feet.

Umbrellas bloom in colors bright,

Like flowers waking up to light.

Cool breeze whispers in the trees,

Washing leaves in gentle breeze.

Birds take shelter, quiet, still—

Nature listens, calm and chill.

Tea is brewing, windows glow,

Stories shared while skies are low.

Thunder claps, then fades away,

Rain hums soft till end of day.

Every drop a note, a song,

Making hearts feel light and strong.

Rain, oh rain, you bring us cheer,

Dancing dreams when you are near.
