Quintessential of Purple

The Apatura Iris called the Purple Emperor,

is rare and flies high in the sky.

It is an omnivore, hungry for everything

and anything it can eat.

I believe every name has meaning,

a purpose and identity,

that it establishes who a person is

and who they will be.

The Bible teaches that a good name is better than great riches.

My name has never been one that was common.

Uncommon even to those that are native to its language,

yet when spoken releases a certain feeling of grandeur,

It may come across as complex for the harsh tongue,

as it is challenging.

However, for the sensitive and delicate ear

it shows beauty.

The quintessential of purple

is nobility, royalty, and luxury,

sophistication and wisdom,

need and pride.

It bestows a great power around me.

Driven by ambition and passion,

I am rare, and I will lead with power.

And like Purple Emperor,

I have an insatiable hunger for anything and everything I can eat.
