Quietness heals

Empty your mind of noise

Should you ever feel a qualm,

In tribulation, cease the harm.

Let your worries empty thus:

Enlist the help of peacefulness.

Never doubt the concentration,

Calming stillness, relaxation,

Evinced by quiet contemplation.

This is a good time just to take a minute of your time and just breathe and take a deep soothing and cleansing breath. Good work.
