Powerful concentration on those we separate,
Nobody wants to hear your voice,
A change that will never happen,
I will not stop until someone listens to me,
A filter that I do not have between brain and mouth,
A talented bunch of cues and arrows,
A shortness of breath popping in and out of time,
I am tired of all the silence that I cannot express,
Hurry up, it will make it happen faster.

This reads like a collection of disjointed thoughts. Some lines seem relatable, like being tired of unexpressed feelings. But overall, it lacks a clear narrative. I wish there was more cohesion. It'd be easier to follow if you could string these ideas together into a more understandable whole.
