And demand that I fit the mold of normalcy

I feel the strength of love surrounding me

I see the path Lie in front of me

And I smile

which are the food of the life and healing

For the seeds I have planted

I walk through life

Ready to work

Making the choice daily

To allow a single act of kindness

A smile to a stranger

A light in times of darkness

A word of encouragement

That speaks life where death once was

I thank my ancestors

For the strength that carries me

I embrace my boldness

I love my heart from which endless love flows
