Purple, such a peaceful color,

But, when I think of you...

The shade turns from a hue

To a feeling of gentle warmth,

That comforts my deepest wounds,

And, surrounds my soul and heart,

In this serene place, a kinship

Of spirit understanding, and,

Here, we are free to soar,

Your touch, kind and caring,

I know that my truest heart, here,

Is safe and protected,

Your tender affection would

Nurture through any storm,

But, What is it I feel?
