Pulls and Tugs

By: Naomi Thomas

By Naomi ThomasPublished 12 months ago 1 min read

Love came bounding

His lips tilted up

His eyes locked on me

Feelings subtly tugged

I hesitated… What was it?

Trepidation? Longing?

He held out his hand

I hesitated…

Endless possibilities tossed to the winds

Trust, he whispered

I grasped his hand tenderly

Following blissfully and blindly

Ready for adventure

love poems
