Psilocybin Dream

Poem

By Desmond RazzanoPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

I’m high-strung on nice drugs.

The night’s young, there’re magicians in my head!

I’ve a fascination for imagination, and they can’t trace it.

I feel as good as dead.

The lights are brightening, my sights are heightening.

My life is frightening, and I can’t feel my face.

My shrooms are piling, the room is smiling, my thoughts compiling,

All at once in cyberspace!

In a Psilocybin dream,

Real life’s like a movie scene.

An extraterrestrial’s

in the mood for something terrible.

In a Psilocybin Universe,

And opposite worlds I do submerge.

I’m extra-promiscuous.

In phase for something serious.

I’m indeed, into some things,

That still bring,

Relative Utopia.

I consume such ecstasy!

I’ve never known this part of me.

This could be the end of me, pharmaco-phobia.

You make me a psychoactive disasterling.

I’m a Psilocybin masterpiece.

Didn’t want to tear you out of me.

But it’s a short trip compared to how it used to be.

I’m stuck inside a Psilocybin afterlife!

No, I’m not really the laughing type.

Hallucinogenic nightmare!

Don’t need someone who ‘MIGHT’ care.

If I’m not head-strong,

I’m dead wrong,

My high’s gone,

A convalescent override.

I’m filled inside,

With lucid light,

I feel the height,

Your hypnotic overdrive!

In my Psilocybin dream,

Real life is like a TV screen.

My extrasensory,

Sees things that don’t make sense to me.

In my Psilocybin fantasy,

Everything waves back at me.

I am inside of a matrix movie,

Oh, how I love my day-trip shroomy!

You're Psilocybin-hypersonic, and I can’t get away from you!

My Psilocybin antipsychotic, I’d love to spend all day with you!
