“Person with autism.”

“A person not disease.”

“Don’t label yourself, you're not a soup can”.

“You’re more than that.”

“A person not a disease.”

Excuse me?

I mean no offense, but who the hell are you?

Yes I’m a person. An autistic person.

I’m only autistic so what would I know?

Why should I have a say?

It would seem you don’t care what we think, you clearly support Auti$m $peak$.

A person not a disease.

On this thing we agree

but autism is not a disease.

“Person first language”

“They teach it in schools.”

“Person with autism, like person with cancer.”

Excuse me again

I must of misheard.

Or did you really compare autism with cancer?

Not a processing error, a computer with a completely different processing system.

Louder, clearer, brighter.

Sometimes a gift and sometimes a curse.

A neurological difference,

a difference in processing,

a difference not a diseas
