Pretty late, the night's soft veil descends,

A silver glow, that gentle love amends.

The moon, a glowing orb, in the darkened sky,

Illuminates dreams, as the world passes by.

Pretty late, the stars twinkle with grace,

A celestial show, in a peaceful space.

The world is hushed, in a quiet embrace,

As the night's sweet melody, fills the empty space.

Pretty late, the heart beats with a gentle pace,

A soothing rhythm, that fills the quiet space.

The world may be still, but love is always awake,

Pretty late, the night's beauty shines so bright,

A time for dreams, and love's sweet delight.
