Pretty in Pink

But I Prefer Red

By Karen LaRuePublished 3 years ago 1 min read

He says I’m

Pretty in pink

So what do you think

I said that I prefer red

It lets me get in your head

I like flowers in my hair

And on my table top

They serve me more upon my head

Than they ever will when I am dead

So give me my corsage

And my feet need a massage

He says I’m

Pretty in pink

So what do you think

I said that I prefer red

It lets me get in your head

Oh, this jewelry is for me?

I do love a ring or three

Exotic perfume from far off lands

Now one of us understands

Can we talk about chocolate sauce

As long as you know I'm the boss

He says I’m

Pretty in pink

So what do you think

I said that I prefer red

It lets me get in your head

He says I’m

Pretty in pink

So what do you think

I said that I prefer red

It lets me get in your head

Is this glitter?

I like glitter

*giggle*
